Lisa Linke is an automotive, motorsport, action, and lifestyle director & photographer. She loves to play with light – artificial or natural – and is as comfortable creating luxury lighting in a studio as she is finding and capturing beautiful natural light in rugged off-road locations or storied racetracks. Even as a still photographer, Linke’s images are all about motion and the beauty and visceral emotion that converge in a perfectly-captured moment. Lisa’s eye for sheet metal in motion comes from a deep love for all things motorsport. She has photographed at race tracks all over the world, capturing moments of racing history – like her Bob D‘Olivo Award-winning photo “Sunrise at the Nürburgring” – an image that was published alongside her story, “24 Hours of the Nurburgring – A Photographer’s Journey,” a photo essay written and photographed by Linke that takes us on her journey photographing the famous 24-hour race at the Nürburgring. Lisa grew up near Mannheim, Germany and is currently living in Los Angeles California – but her true home is anywhere in the world that her passion for automotive and motorsport takes her.
