Steve is a director and visual designer who works in multiple genres including Fashion, Lifestyle and VFX. He specializes in the seamless integration of design, VFX, and live-action performance to create visually stunning films that are full of humanity, emotion, and subtle humor. As a visual artist and storyteller, he has directed spots and campaigns for McDonalds, CB2, Anthem Healthcare, Amazon, Verizon, Sprint, Google, Ford, Spike, MTV, CBS Sports, Fox, Reebok, NFL, Citibank, NBC, Covergirl, ESPN, Ubisoft, USA, Sears, BBC, Olympus, and BMW. Aside from his prolific work in advertising, Steve is known in the entertainment world for his iconic main title design for AMC’s Mad Men, Showtime’s Nurse Jackie, and the HBO miniseries The Pacific. He received Emmy nominations for The Pacific and Nurse Jackie, and was awarded an Emmy for Mad Men. Prior to becoming an award-winning director, Steve spent 8-years as Director/Creative Director at Imaginary Forces where he honed his craft leading diverse creative teams and closely collaborating with agencies. With his ability to lead projects, both creatively and technically, from conception through post, Steve focuses tirelessly on creating the most impactful and arresting visuals that he can devise to support the moving and engaging performances of his actors and to tell great stories.
